WORKING IN A TEAM -VIDEO

Working in team is complicated. There are many things that can make the job come out right or wrong.

The positive thng is that you are always going to have help. When you do not know what to do you have a partner to help you, to teach you that you do not know. If one day you get sick and fail going to class you know that you will have someone to help you recover that day, let you know about the homework that needs to be done. If you do not have time to do all the work, the work is divided. You are able to get many more things in group than alone. You get better projects.

But it also has many negative parts.

It depends a lot on the comrades wiith whom you work. If you have different goals and motivations it is difficult to reach an agreement and get the job forward. If a partner does not want to work you have to do their share of the work. Because if your partner does not do anything ,that influences your note, it hurts you. No matter how much you work your job will not be useful if the others do not do their job and that leads to discussions, bad environment, and that makes very difficult to work. If you have a good partner and everyone works the same you get very good jobs. If not the result is a disaster.

The number of people in each team also influences. More people, more difficult to coordinate. Comunication becomes more difficult . Nowadays with internet and social networks it is easy to share the works and talk outside of class. But in the classroom the communication depends a lot on where everyone sits. You talk to the one next to you and neglect the more distant companion. 

We think our class sites divide the group in two when it comes to talking and communicating. Luckily in our case the communication is educated and for the moment we share our opinions without problems and without disrespecting us.

If our group works well or not and if we do good job we still can not say. We have just started the project, and adapting to teamwork takes time. 

When we spend more time we can say if we have been a good group or not.

Being in a team and make it work can be a dificult job for the teammates. We can say that a team has some advantages and another disadvantages.

In one hand there are many positive things about working in a team. If every teammate works, then the work will progress faster. Moreover you can share your knoledges with the companions laerning from each one too.

In the other hand there can be diferent points of views and there can be problems with the participants if every one wants to have the reason. Having diferent goals and motivations can affect in how to work and the quantity each one wants to work.

The number of the teammates in the team influences in the difictulty of working as a team. If there are much people in the team, there can be more diferences and it can be dificulter to organize.

In our group I think that we are working as a team and there are not much problems, but the course has started only and there can still arise some inconvenients.

ANTON EGUIA

In our classes in the centre of Maristak we work in a team. Work in a team have many advantages and many disadvantages. There are some concepts to take account to do a good team work: Coordination, division of the work, the speciallities of different members of the team… So the final result of the group does not depend on a person, depends on all the members of the team. To make more real the activity and the way to work we asign some roles into the team: coordinator, designer (Technical drawer), responsable of materials, responsible of standardized elements and the responsible of physical calculus.

In one hand, I think there are some positive aspects of working in a team. You can share knowledges with the rest of the team, and if you need something of another member is always at hand. If ever something happens you always can delegate the work other member. In addition I think you can work faster and sometimes more easier.

In the other hand, I think is so complicated to do a good teamwork, because you are always conditioned by the desire to work of the rest of the members. If someone does not want to work, it conditions the other members directly.

In conclusion, I like to work in a team but I prefer to work alone.
